Winery Review: This medium weight Pinot Noir is rich with layers of bing cherries, rosehips, and lavender herbs. Its opulent richness will exceed your expectations--lingering just a bit until an inevitable smile appears.
My Review: It was extremely pungent (extremely strong scent). There were scents of prune, plum, dark cherries, and some sort of a spice like pepper. The after taste was similar to how it smelled, and very acidic & tannic (dry/puckery).
With/without food: I tasted this on its own without food.
