Winery Review: Medium pink salmon. Reticent nose of minerals, flowers, and a hint of red berries. Savory, serious, and spicy in the mouth with minerals and red currants showing. My Review: It was very floral (I could pick up on hints of strawberry but not much else) and had a strong after taste that only lasted about 4-5 seconds and turned sweeter, which was definitely a nice surprise. It was dry, had aromatic and light scents and was a beautiful hue of pink/salmon.
With/without food: I tasted this on its own without food.
